There are two seats that are open to the board.
If you are interested, you must be compliance with the bylaws of the sub, as well as paid up to date with all dues, fees, and liens. Please note that this is a total volunteer position and requires the ability to communicate and manage issues within the sub. Having some experience is helpful, but not mandatory. What is mandatory, the ability to offer the time needed to assist in the success of the association. Many offer to get involve and realize the time and effort that is needed, then bow out. If you are interested but not in a board seat there are several areas that we can use the help… Many hands make light work!
Please note that the front entrance was treated by Masters Green Lawn Care with weed kill, and fertilizer for the grass. The second application for weed and lawn care was done on Monday, May 24. From my understanding it takes up to two weeks for the treatment to be effective. But as of today, the entrance looks 100% better.
Our contract with our flower guy is for Memorial Day weekend. With that said the front of the sub will be at par by the holiday weekend.
The annual garage sale dates that I have in mind are July 10th or the 17th.

I agree with the last comment. We need to find a reputable Landscape Company for a consecutive year contract. It should be automatic with the up keep of the entrance. Also, why don't we start having our Sub Garage Sales in the Spring, or when the other Subs have theres?

Again........is the garage sale on the 10th or the 17th? Still no response from when I posted the question back on May 29th. It would be nice to plan for it.

I would like to know how many volunteers are interested in making our Entrance more presentable? Weeding and planting flowers. I know I can do a better job at cleaning up the Willows. I anyone is interested, please put in your comments. Thank you!

There has been no response on garage sale . . . is anyone interested in holding a sub sale the week of the 17th. July 10th is still in the week of the 4th . . . I agree that many will be just returning from travels.
